  • Strategy & Planning: Lead directory design and evolution, including the consolidation of Active Directory Domains. Defined technology standards for directory services, credentials, and metadirectory functions. Collaborate with various EA groups to assess and recommend technologies that support broad organizational needs.   • Server Lifecycle Management: Led initiatives to consolidate, virtualize, and remove server platforms that were operating well beyond design expectations.  This effort resulted in dramatic cost savings while minimizing end-user business impact.
